As an Executive Research Partner at Kennedy Fox Associates, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, identifying, and engaging with exceptional candidates. Collaborating closely with our consultants, you'll contribute to maintaining a robust talent pipeline while adhering to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise diverse sourcing strategies, leveraging online channels, networks, databases, and referrals to attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, screenings, and evaluations to ensure alignment with specific role requirements.
- Maintain meticulous candidate records in our systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate seamlessly with recruitment consultants to grasp client needs and offer unwavering support throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in organising and participating in recruitment events and networking activities.
- Provide essential administrative support, including interview scheduling and correspondence management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a research or resourcing role within the recruitment industry.
- Profound understanding of recruitment methodologies and adeptness in sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
- Proficiency in utilising recruitment tools, databases, and online platforms.
- Flexibility to be on-site in Leeds one day a week and willingness to engage in international travel as needed.
