Executive Search Analyst

Start Date: July 6, 2027

Location: Remote (within the US)

• Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, MA, ME, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, or WV

Compensation: $80,700 base salary + discretionary bonus

• OTE: $85,000 - $88,000

About the Role

As an Analyst at Falcon, you’ll play a key role in helping private equity-backed companies hire transformational executive talent. Working closely with our senior team members on high-impact search mandates, you'll take ownership of the market research that drives the work we do.

Responsibilities

• Source executive-level candidates using industry databases like LinkedIn and PitchBook
• Research and present on industries and companies
• Review and assess candidate resumes
• Maintain and improve our internal database in Salesforce
• Contribute to team operations and process improvements

Additional Info

• Standard business hours: M–F, 9–5 EST (some evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Expected workload for this role of +/- 50 hours per week
