Executive Search Assistant

An Executive Search Assistant is required to support search and selection assignments in an entrepreneurial environment, working directly alongside the Partner throughout the execution of projects.
The role is ideal for an analytical, methodical and detail-oriented professional who genuinely enjoys organising, preparing, supporting and making things work smoothly. It requires a hands-on and service-oriented approach, strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and the ability to anticipate needs, while contributing to research, candidate interaction and the preparation of high-quality client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support direct search and candidate identification through LinkedIn Recruiter and other research and sourcing tools.
- Support market research activities and the identification of relevant professionals and target companies according to the requirements of each assignment.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls to assess their background, experience, motivation and potential fit.
- Support the preparation of candidate assessment reports, including competency-based evaluation and relevant career information.
- Carry out professional reference checks and prepare structured reference reports.
- Prepare and format high-quality client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a professional presentation in line with the firm’s standards.
- Contribute to talent mapping, benchmarking and market intelligence projects.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised candidate and project information throughout the search process.
- Support other firm initiatives, including selected marketing, research and business development activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Partner and other team members to ensure the smooth execution and high-quality delivery of assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages will be highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills, with a methodical, structured and detail-oriented approach.
- High standards of quality and accuracy, with particular attention to the preparation of written materials and client deliverables.
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment and ownership of assigned tasks.
- A self-sufficient and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Clear, professional and approachable communication style, with confidence when interacting with candidates.
- Strong client-service orientation and commitment to delivering a consistently high-quality experience.
- A hands-on and service-oriented mindset, with a natural willingness to provide support wherever needed.
- Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn and a proactive attitude towards developing new knowledge and skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities effectively.
- Versatility and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively across a diverse range of tasks and assignments.
- Previous exposure to recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition or professional services will be valued, but is not essential.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing and research tools will be considered an advantage.
