What you’ll be doing – Executive Search Consultant

As a Executive Search Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-level search projects:

• Conducting market mapping to identify top finance talent
• Attending client briefings and gathering detailed role requirements
• Researching companies, competitors, and industry trends
• Supporting candidate outreach alongside senior Partners
• Preparing detailed reports and shortlists of candidates
• Tracking candidate interest, salary expectations, and availability
• Participating in client update meetings and contributing to search strategy

What we’re looking for

• 2026 graduate with a 2:1 or 1st from a top university
• Strong academic background (minimum AAB at A-Level)
• Previous commercial experience (internships, placements, or part-time work) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Motivated, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career
