Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions is expanding its Executive Search & Leadership Recruitment vertical across India and international markets.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Search / Recruitment professional with 10+ years of experience, preferably with a strong hospitality background and proven experience handling senior-level mandates.
What we're looking for:- 10+ years in recruitment / executive search
- Strong hospitality recruitment experience
- Experience handling GM, Hotel Manager, Director, HOD and CXO-level mandates
- Strong network of senior hospitality professionals across India
- Excellent candidate assessment and client management skills
- Experience with luxury hotels, resorts, hospitality groups or UHNI/private clients is a strong advantage
We are not a conventional recruitment company. We operate across luxury hospitality, private residences, staffing, training and hospitality operations in India and the UAE.
Our strength is our deep understanding of hospitality talent and operations, combined with an established industry network and access to luxury clients.

Working Model: Hybrid — a combination of office-based and remote working, with flexibility depending on the role and requirements.
Compensation: Open / Flexible for the right candidate. We are more focused on finding the right experience, network and leadership capability than fitting into a fixed budget.
