Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and scheduling support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and task execution. Support project coordination across departments, including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and updating progress reports. Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and summary reports for management review. Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, or client appointments. Support business operations such as vendor coordination, internal forms, and administrative procedures. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO or management team. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Secretary. Foundational knowledge of Finance, Business and IT principles is required, as you will be expected to discuss these concepts confidently with clients. Professional fluency in both English and Thai (written and verbal). Advanced proficiency in cloud-based productivity suites (Google Workspace, MS Office). Proven organizational methodology with the capability to manage concurrent workflows under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a proactive, solution-oriented operational approach.
