Joining us as a Executive Support & Office Coordinator
Join our Executive Team in a varied role that combines office management and executive support, ensuring our London office runs smoothly while providing essential coordination and administrative support that enables Executive Assistants to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities in their support for our Senior Leaders.
You’ll receive a competitive salary, and a performance related bonus.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the London office and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
- Supporting Executive Assistants with meeting coordination, travel, diaries and key administrative activities
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, office supplies, post and supplier relationships
- Supporting leadership meetings, team events and offsite activities
- Maintaining accurate records, SharePoint documentation and office processes
- Identifying and implementing improvements that enhance office efficiency and the employee experience
What you’ll bring to the role
You'll bring strong office management, administration and coordination experience, alongside a proactive, organised and customer-focused approach to supporting senior stakeholders and maintaining an efficient workplace environment.
- Experience managing office operations, facilities, supplies and workplace services.
- Strong organisational skills, and ability managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence supporting senior stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- A proactive, approachable and solutions-focused mindset, with strong ownership and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
