In this role, you will create a consistent and scalable approach to capturing teammate feedback, oversee listening channels and survey platforms, and ensure high-quality data and governance. You will partner across the enterprise to position insights for action and meaningful impact.
About This Opportunity
The Experience Listening Strategy & Design Manager serves as the operational and functional leader for enterprise listening programs. This role connects strategy, platforms, governance, data quality, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination to deliver a seamless listening experience across surveys, lifecycle listening, focus groups, and emerging feedback methods.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of the enterprise listening strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, integrated channels, and a consistent, scalable approach to capturing teammate feedback.
- Oversee the deployment and ongoing management of enterprise listening channels, including surveys, lifecycle listening, focus groups, and emerging feedback methods, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
- Serve as the functional owner of enterprise survey platforms by establishing and maintaining governance standards for survey design, access, permissions, data quality, and system configuration.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of listening data across all channels by managing validation processes, quality checks, and the continuous improvement of data standards.
- Prepare and deliver structured datasets, dashboards, and standardized outputs that enable downstream analysis, reporting, and insight generation across the enterprise.
- Establish and maintain enterprise listening governance, including standards, processes, and operating rhythms that support consistency, compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, HR Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams to align listening efforts with enterprise strategy and position insights for action and impact.
- Manage listening vendor platforms and relationships, including governance and configuration, to support performance, optimization, and alignment with long-term strategy and enterprise capability needs.
- Monitor participation, representation, and signal quality across listening channels, identify gaps, and drive improvements that support equitable and actionable feedback collection.
- Continuously improve listening capabilities by integrating new methods, technologies, and best practices to enhance scalability, effectiveness, and alignment with evolving organizational needs.
What You’ll Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Certification, Registration, or License
- None required.
Experience
- Five or more years of experience in program management, survey operations, or enterprise listening programs.
Knowledge
- Employee listening strategies and survey methodologies.
- Survey platform capabilities and governance practices.
- Data privacy, confidentiality, and the ethical handling of employee information.
- Organizational culture and teammate experience principles.
Skills
- Strong program and project management skills across complex, multi-phase initiatives.
- Operational execution and attention to detail in managing systems and processes.
- Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- Clear communication and the ability to explain processes, tools, and outputs to diverse audiences.
- Analytical thinking applied to data quality, consistency, and reporting needs.
Abilities

Preferred Education
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Certification, Registration, or License
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Prosci Change Management certification.
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
Experience
- Three or more years of experience in program management and leading strategic initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise survey platforms, such as Perceptyx or Qualtrics.
- Experience managing listening program operations in large, complex organizations.
- Familiarity with employee experience or people analytics environments.
- Experience working in healthcare or multi-site systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience administering survey platforms with industry technology partners, such as Perceptyx or Qualtrics.
- Knowledge of enterprise survey platforms and analytics technologies, including dashboarding tools.
- High proficiency with technology platforms, including survey tools, reporting systems, and analytics solutions.
