Experience Manager

At TheLuxeTrails, we curate personalized luxury travel experiences across the world. We’re looking for an Experience manager who loves creating seamless travel experiences and can confidently manage everything that happens after a booking is confirmed.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high touch environment, understands the nuances of luxury travel and is passionate about customer experience.

What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end post-booking operations for domestic and international holidays.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.

•⁠ ⁠Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with clients professionally throughout their travel journey.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional customer experience.

•⁠ ⁠Resolve operational issues quickly and proactively.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in a B2C travel company.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of post-booking travel operations.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously and work under deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Experience coordinating with global suppliers and hotels is an advantage.
