Experienced Bookkeeper

JRC Bookkeeping is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team.

This is a flexible work-from-home position, with occasional in-person meetings and client visits as required. Applicants should ideally be based in Dublin or the surrounding areas to facilitate attendance at meetings when needed.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland)

Hours: 20-30 hours per week (flexible)

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing bookkeeping and financial administration for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries. You'll work closely with business owners and our team to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of Sage Online Accounting, Sage 50, Xero and BrightBooks
• Experience processing payroll and payroll reporting
• Experience with VAT returns and reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
