Experienced Conveyancer

Entry Conveyancing is a well-established and growing Conveyancing and Property Law firm seeking a motivated Conveyancer with 3+ years experience.

This is a unique opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys building client relationships and being actively involved in business growth. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a range of property matters.

Role Description The Conveyancer will manage end-to-end residential and commercial property transactions, including contract reviews, preparation of legal documents, and coordination of settlements. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on their legal obligations, identifying and addressing potential issues, and liaising with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of each matter. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and communicating clearly with clients to keep them informed throughout the process.

This is a full-time role, with office in South Melbourne, and 2days WFH opportunity after probation.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge in Conveyancing with 3+ years practical experience in running files.
• Must be confident and proficient in completing contract reviews.
• Ability to run a variety of VIC matters including residential - sales, purchases and transfers matters.
• Experience with managing Commercial matters is highly regarded.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts in clear, accessible language.
• NSW Conveyancing experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volume.
• Must have experience with using legal practice management software. (We use TriConvey)
