Key Responsibilities ● Acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalised financial planning. ● Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and develop tailored strategies. ● Promote and sell a range of financial products (risk, investment, retirement, and funeral cover). ● Deliver ongoing service and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction. ● Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulations at all times. ● Manage client onboarding, documentation, and compliance through LifeCheq’s digital platform. ● Maintain accurate client records and uphold regulatory and company standards. ● Consistently meet and exceed growth and retention targets.
