Experienced Management Consultant We are looking for an experienced Management Consultant with strong Business Acumen and Leadership skills to Opticos Gothenburg office. About the role In this role, you will: Build and grow client relationships, secure new engagements, and foster long-term partnerships. Lead project and programme teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Strengthen our capabilities and contribute to our visibility and position in the market. Serve as Regional Manager for our Gothenburg office, supporting and inspiring colleagues. Coach and mentor colleagues while helping to build a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications We are looking for someone who brings: More than 15 years of experience in management consulting, with expertise in one or more of our value propositions: Strategy & Operational Excellence, Tech-Powered Business Transformation, IT Effectiveness, Data Management and Architecture, Risk and Compliance, or Tech Sourcing Advisory. A postgraduate degree in management, engineering, science, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain business networks. Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working.
