Reporting to the Head of Systems Engineering, you will lead the development of complex solutions from concept to deployment, providing technical leadership across multiple projects. Working with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers, you will apply systems engineering best practices to solve complex challenges and deliver safe, reliable, and mission-critical capability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead systems engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring delivery against performance, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements, verification strategies, and engineering artefacts throughout the system lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to systems engineers and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills with experience operating as a technical authority. Knowledge of systems engineering standards and frameworks, including ISO 15288 and ISO 9001/AS9100. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches and tools. Understanding of system safety, safety assurance, and safety case development. Desirable: Experience with missile systems, guided weapons, air defence systems, or related defence technologies. Desirable: Experience with STK, MATLAB, and/or Simulink. Alignment with our mission to develop affordable, scalable, and mass-manufacturable defence technologies. Our Values Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team that works with the same intensity. Own the Mission: Mission first. Always. We choose impact — we focus on what moves the mission forward fastest instead of “nice-to-haves". We fix it now — when delays or problems appear, we step up, rally the right people, and solve them immediately. We keep momentum — when time matters, we stay focused and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions. Strive for More: Dare more. Do more. Achieve the impossible. We challenge the status quo — we question, test, and improve instead of accepting “the usual way.” We embrace discomfort — we step outside comfort zones and turn challenges into growth. We anticipate the future — we build solutions that scale and set higher standards each time. Build with Trust: Be open. Keep promises. We walk the talk — what we say, we do. No excuses, no exceptions. We share openly — we communicate clearly and early, even when the news is hard. We own outcomes — we admit errors quickly, fix them, and prevent them from repeating. Ready to Make a Real Impact? Apply now! The deadline is September 30th, 2026, but we review applications and reach out to qualified candidates continuously.
