Use proven collection strategies to secure payment resolutions and meet performance objectives. Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable collection regulations. Deliver a positive consumer experience while achieving collection goals. Schedule First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT for training and onboarding. After Training: Create a schedule that works for you between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT, Monday-Friday. Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours per week required. No Evenings or Weekends! Workspace Requirements A dedicated workspace free from distractions during work hours.
