Job Purpose: Take technical ownership for the operation, evolution, and transformation of complex Unified Communications (UC) and voice solutions within the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ecosystem. As an Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise UC Expert, you will lead migrations, lifecycle changes, transition, and transformation projects while collaborating closely with internal teams, project stakeholders, and customers to deliver high-quality communication services. Role insights: Take ownership of the installation, operation, maintenance, and continuous development of customer-specific UC and communication solutions within the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise environment (OmniPCX Enterprise – OXE). Manage configuration activities, incident resolution, and problem management for complex Alcatel infrastructures, including Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise components, New Voice alarm servers, and integrated third-party products. Perform advanced 3rd-level troubleshooting, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure stable service delivery within SLA-critical service provider environments. Contribute your technical expertise to the planning and implementation of transition and transformation projects, system migrations, and complex lifecycle changes in existing customer environments. Work confidently with Alcatel management and application tools; Promote knowledge sharing within the team, provide technical guidance to colleagues, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical services. What makes you unique: Several years of hands-on experience with Unified Communications and voice solutions in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (OXE) environment. ACSE (Alcatel-Lucent Certified Systems Expert) certification. OMNIVISTA 8770 certification. Security | WLAN or Server certification. In-depth knowledge of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise UC portfolio. Strong expertise in Alcatel tools and systems. Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and service-driven personality with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
