Role insights: Developing and automating complex new business processes, or enhancing/modifying existing solutions to meet the requirements of identified automation opportunities. Using Blue Prism as the primary platform for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Leveraging APIs and REST services where available, prioritizing them over frontend automation for better scalability and performance. Integrating automation solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless end-to-end operations. Handling reported defects within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Testing and deploying automation workflows or fixes in compliance with Change Management, Security, and SOX regulations. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation in tools such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy. Supporting ongoing RPA maintenance activities to ensure stability and continuous improvement of automation processes. Collaborating closely with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprints and related ceremonies. What makes you unique: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Experience in RPA development with Blue Prism and/or UiPath. Knowledge of Excel macros, SQL, and programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, and REST services. Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Fluent in English.
