Expert CI Project Management

What you will do with us

• Support the planning, coordination, of continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve CI methodologies, frameworks, standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops, problem-solving sessions, retrospectives, and improvement activities.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in applying continuous improvement principles, tools, and ways of working.
• Own and coordinate the central CI pipeline across FIBS, ensuring transparent prioritization, regular status monitoring, and alignment of initiatives with strategic and operational priorities.
• Support project and initiative tracking, including milestones, actions, risks, dependencies, benefits, and implementation progress.
• Promote knowledge sharing and standardization of successful improvement practices across the organization.
• Consolidate improvement benefits across FIBS and develop analytics and reports to provide transparency on realized value, trends, and CI performance.

What you will bring with you

• Relevant experience in continuous improvement, process management, project management, operational excellence, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC, or similar approaches.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to support functions in developing business cases, consolidate improvement benefits, and translate data into clear management reports and actionable insights.
