Requirements

• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Team Player: Lifelong learner with a customer first mindset, strong communication skills, an innovative approach, and a collaborative ownership mindset.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in iOS development, with a strong portfolio of released applications. Comfortable working in mature, long lived codebases.
• iOS & Swift: Expert in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS SDK. Strong knowledge of modern Swift development, concurrency, networking, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Software Engineering & Architecture: Expert knowledge of SOLID, OOP, design patterns, clean code, and scalable architecture. Proven ability to drive architectural decisions, manage technical debt, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers.
• Quality Engineering: Expert knowledge of testing strategies, automation, code quality, and reliability. Ability to establish quality standards, improve test effectiveness, and drive quality engineering practices across teams.
• CI/CD & Engineering Practices: Strong expertise in Git, CI/CD and Continuous Delivery, with hands-on experience in tools such as Bitrise. Ability to improve and automate build, test, release, and deployment processes. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma and SonarQube is a plus.
• Performance, Reliability & Security: Strong expertise in performance optimization, observability, crash analysis, and production troubleshooting. Ability to drive improvements in application reliability, scalability, and security.
• AI-Assisted Development: Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or similar. Ability to effectively use AI for coding, testing, refactoring and technical analysis while ensuring production-level quality.
• Agile Mindset: Agile-minded, proactive and comfortable working with Product, UX, QA, Backend and other engineering teams.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale/high-traffic applications, airline/travel/e-commerce or other transaction-intensive domains. Knowledge of backend architectures, microservices, cloud technologies, AI agents and agentic software development is a plus.

• Innovate & Enhance: Design and evolve high-quality, scalable iOS applications using modern Swift and Apple technologies, continuously improving performance, reliability, and customer experience.
• Lead & Mentor: Drive architectural and technical decisions, establish engineering best practices, and take ownership of quality, reliability, delivery speed, and technical excellence. Mentor engineers and help raise the technical standards of the team.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions while participating in agile processes.
