Expert IT Analyst

At Cyclad, we work with top international IT companies to help them deliver cutting-edge technologies that shape the future. We are currently looking for an experienced Expert IT Analyst to join an international team working on a large-scale Core Banking transformation program.

The project focuses on replacing local legacy banking systems with a unified Core Banking platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into features and user stories for development teams.

Project information:

• Type of project: IT services
• Office locations: Gdańsk or Warszawa, Poland
• Work model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
• Budget: 80–103 PLN net/hour – B2B
• Project length: Long-term
• Start date: ASAP (depending on the candidate's availability)
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Your responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into features and user stories
• Document requirements clearly and provide them to development teams
• Drive the requirements process independently from collection through documentation and handover
• Work closely with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Analyse complex business and IT environments and identify dependencies
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a large-scale Core Banking program
• Quickly understand existing systems, processes, and program structures
• Support the transformation from local legacy banking systems to a unified Core Banking platform
• Contribute to the delivery of banking solutions within a large-scale program environment

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with T24 / Transact
• Professional experience in the banking sector
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes
• Experience working in large-scale IT transformation programs
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Proven ability to independently manage requirements from collection through documentation and handover
• Experience working in large programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Ability to quickly understand complex environments and onboard into established programs
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience working for a Nordic bank
• Experience with Hadoop
• Experience working on large-scale Core Banking transformation programs
• Knowledge of Nordic banking environments and processes
