Expert Network Recruiter — Independent Contractor (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced expert-network recruiter to own sourcing, outreach, screening, and onboarding of domain experts who fuel client research requests. You'll work fast, judge relevance sharply, and build a bench of high-quality experts across the markets our clients care about most.

What you'll do:

● Source and recruit domain experts against live and anticipated client research requests, using LinkedIn, our internal expert database, referral networks, and other sourcing channels

● Run high-volume, high-quality outreach via phone and email, and manage candidate pipelines end-to-end — from first contact through screening, compliance fit, and onboarding

● Screen experts for relevance, depth, and compliance fit, making fast, well-reasoned judgment calls on who advances

● Translate ambiguous client research needs into precise expert profiles and targeted search strategies

● Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach activity, response and conversion rates, and expert coverage across sectors

● Hit responsiveness and turnaround targets on time-sensitive client requests, where speed of sourcing is often the deciding factor

What you bring:

● 3+ years of expert network experience — GLG, AlphaSights, Guidepoint, Third Bridge, Tegus, Atheneum, or a comparable primary-research firm

● A proven track record sourcing and recruiting senior experts at volume, with strong response and conversion rates

● Sharp relevance judgment and natural intellectual curiosity

● Comfort with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and institutional finance clients

● Familiarity with compliance norms in expert sourcing (conflicts, restricted employers, sensitive topics)

● A reliable remote setup and the ability to consistently overlap US and/or European business hours

This role is engaged as an independent contractor (a contract for services), not as an employee. Paid monthly in USD through our contractor management platform, with hours structured around project needs and confirmed as part of your engagement terms. All engagements are subject to standard background and eligibility screening prior to onboarding.
