Application Deadline | 8 March 2026 Expected Starting Date | April 2026 Organisation | Central Project Management Agency (CPVA), Lithuania Duty Location | Kyiv, Ukraine (Ukraine2EU office) Expert on Cluster 2 (Internal Market) and Private Sector Engagement will play an analytical and coordination role within the framework of the Ukraine2EU Programme, supporting beneficiaries and institutional partners involved in the EU accession process. The Expert will contribute to strengthening legal harmonisation, implementation and monitoring of the National Programme for the Adoption of the Acquis (NPAA) and related accession processes, with particular attention to the Internal Market area. The role also includes supporting the organisation and facilitation of regional dialogues and consultations with private sector stakeholders and business associations, ensuring that business perspectives are considered in reform planning and accession-related policy development. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Ukraine2EU Management Team and relevant Key Experts in the planning, coordination, and follow-up of EU accession–related activities, particularly in areas linked to Internal Market policies and reforms with implications for the private sector. Contribute to NPAA-related processes, including preparation of analytical inputs, participation in relevant meetings, and support for tracking implementation of reforms, including, where relevant, those with implications for the private sector. Provide analytical support to EU accession processes, including preparation of briefing notes, policy inputs, analytical materials, and follow-up documentation related to NPAA implementation, negotiations, reform roadmaps, and priority policy areas. Support planning, monitoring and reporting processes related to EU accession, including contributions to NPAA planning cycles, monitoring tools (such as Pulse of Accession), internal coordination instruments, and other accession-related tracking activities. Contribute to the preparation of reports and analytical materials on Ukraine’s progress towards EU membership, including national inputs to the European Commission’s Enlargement Package, NPAA implementation reports, reform roadmaps, and negotiation-related commitments, particularly those relevant to Internal Market alignment. Support stakeholder engagement related to EU accession, including preparation and follow-up of regional dialogues and consultations with private sector representatives, business associations, and other non-state actors, contributing to analytical outputs where relevant.
