Expert Opportunity - Head of Sales Operations ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of sales operations who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for heads of sales operations with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations, with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on
