Expert Opportunity - Proposal Manager / Bid Writer ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced proposal managers and bid professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for proposal managers with 4+ years leading RFP responses and orals presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
