  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide clear and accurate quality metrics, risk assessments, and testing progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and optimize QA processes, contributing to best practices, tooling enhancements, and workflow improvements.
  • Review technical and product documentation, ensure readiness for pre‑GA releases, and support release validation activities.
  • Lead or manage a team of QA Engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure consistent quality standards and growth of the team.
  • Act as a senior quality expert, championing quality engineering principles and influencing cross-team quality initiatives.
  • Drive productivity and business performance by embedding AI-enabled automation, improving processes based on value and risk, ensuring trusted data standards, and leveraging insights to support informed decision-making and measurable outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of advanced QA or Quality Engineering experience across manual and automation testing.
  • Strong expertise in designing and executing automated tests and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Experience in enterprise software or financial services environments preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL and relational database validation.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and automation best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in Agile, cross‑functional teams while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (preferred) and the ability to build automation scripts.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
