Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: 8pm to 5am (Philippines) Job summary The Business Transformation Expert supports business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. The role executes well-defined Lean and transformation activities, contributes to the continuous improvement (CI) pipeline, and applies standard Lean tools to improve process efficiency, quality, and reliability. Operating as a subject-matter practitioner, the Expert partners with Leads and Managers to implement sustainable improvements aligned with GBS strategy. Essential functions Support and maintain the Transformation and continuous improvement (CI) pipeline by executing assigned improvement initiatives, tracking actions, and reporting progress and benefits. Participate in and support Kaizen events, workshops, and rapid improvement activities, contributing analysis, facilitation support, and documentation. Apply Lean tools and structured problem-solving techniques to identify waste, improve flow, and strengthen process capability. Conduct process assessments, time studies, value stream mapping, and basic data analysis to support improvement and transformation initiatives. Develop and update standard work, process maps, and documentation to ensure consistency, scalability, and sustainment of improvements. Assist in the implementation of redesigned workflows and digital or automation enablers under the guidance of Transformation Leads and Solution Architects. Track benefits, KPIs, and performance metrics; contribute to dashboards and reports with accurate data and clear insights. Collaborate with functional teams, Data & Analytics, Automation, and Training partners to ensure improvements are data-driven and reinforced through capability building. Demonstrate and promote a continuous improvement mindset by actively sharing ideas, best practices, and lessons learned across teams.
