Your contribution to something big: Support the development and maintenance of digital content for learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives; Ensure the structured and consistent organization and maintenance of documents, databases, and relevant information; Assist in project coordination by monitoring tasks, deadlines, and progress; Provide support in the use of digital collaboration, communication, and project management tools; Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes while also providing administrative support to the team’s activities. What distinguishes you: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; Interest in Learning & Development, organizational learning, and knowledge management topics; Familiarity with digital and Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Well-organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively; Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
