Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist

We're looking for a Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for a portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who lives inside Meta Ads Manager, knows how to read performance data, and can translate results into clear decisions that improve campaign outcomes. You will own campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and reporting. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive Work across a diverse portfolio of client accounts with real performance ownership Fast feedback loops and a team that values execution over process What You'll Work On Campaign Strategy and Setup Build and launch Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram aligned to client goals Define campaign objectives, budget allocation, and bidding strategies Set up and organize campaigns, ad sets, and ad creative using best-practice account structures Develop audience targeting strategies using custom audiences, lookalikes, interest targeting, and retargeting Creative Testing and Optimization Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative including static images, carousels, and video Run structured A/B tests across copy, creative, audiences, and placements Identify top-performing creative and scale what works while cutting what does not Stay current on Meta best practices, algorithm updates, and platform changes Performance Analysis and Reporting Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and other key metrics Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points that need to be addressed Build and deliver clear performance reports with insights and recommended next steps Use Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and third-party reporting tools to track and communicate results Client and Account Management Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with a consistent level of attention and performance focus Communicate campaign updates, results, and recommendations clearly to internal teams or clients Flag performance issues early and come with a plan rather than just a problem What You Bring 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization Proven track record of improving key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, or CPL across paid social campaigns Experience running creative tests and using data to inform decisions Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Clear written communication skills for reporting and client-facing updates Nice to Have Experience with Meta Pixel setup, events, and conversion API integrations Familiarity with third-party tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms Background in DTC, e-commerce, or lead generation campaigns Experience with other paid social platforms such as TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through a Meta campaign you managed, and describing how you improved performance over time Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
