You’ll be joining our Facilities within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

• The role is a 6 month FTC and full time

• Hybrid working arrangements - Working remote but ideally one day per week in the Support Centre

Your future, your role

As an Facilities Compliance Support - PPM, you’ll be:

• Take day-to-day accountability for PPM compliance across the estate, across both property and dental disciplines

• Maintain daily review of, and constant engagement with, the supply chain to track progress against schedule

• Ensure compliance is measured and evidenced, not just attendance, with certificates and reports verified and accurately recorded

• Raise issues promptly to the Contractor Performance Manager to secure support, approvals and quotes for remedial works

• Work with the Construction and Property teams to confirm compliance visits are scheduled within required due dates for newly opened sites

• Help embed new PPM scheduling and compliance processes within IFS as part of the wider transformation

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in Facilities Management, with hands-on experience of complex, multi-disciplinary PPM programmes – not just scheduling, but understanding the technical requirements behind them. Dental sector experience is not required, though experience of clinical/healthcare compliance disciplines such as decontamination or radiation protection (x-ray/CBCT) would be a strong advantage.
