Program Details Program Dates: September 14 – November 21, 2026 Schedule: 21 hours/week throughout the program Compensation: Paid, $17/hour ($20/hour for interns based in CT, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, or Washington D.C.) About the Role: Training & Development The Sourcebooks Training & Development team is looking for an organized, people-oriented student to support our learning and HR initiatives. Duties include (but not limited to): Partner with the Director of Training & Development on ongoing learning initiatives and projects Support the organization and maintenance of learning content, systems, and documentation Assist with recruitment tasks including interview scheduling and candidate communication Provide general administrative support across the HR function What we're looking for: Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in Learning & Development, instructional design, or organizational development Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, especially in content creation and data tracking A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others learn and grow Comfort with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and learning platforms (or willingness to learn) Eligibility & Requirements Must be a current college student (sophomore, junior, senior) or recent graduate Able to commit to 21 hours/week for the full program duration (9/14 – 11/21/26) Must be over the age of 18 Must reside in one of the following states for the duration of the internship: Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin.
