POSITION DETAILS:

Role: Family Law Lawyer

Location: Houston, Texas

Pay: Base salary plus performance-based compensation, with top performers typically earning $125,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, with overtime available

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Family Law Lawyer, you will handle divorce, custody disputes, and complex property division. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients during significant life transitions, representing them in courts, mediations, and hearings throughout Texas. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, maintaining proactive communication, and developing case strategies. You will provide clear recommendations for clients, prioritize solutions to reduce conflict, and offer compassionate, results-oriented representation, all while working in a flexible remote or hybrid setting.

WE THINK YOU'LL EXCEL IF YOU HAVE:

• 2+ years of dedicated family law experience in Texas
• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas
• Be in good standing with no history of disciplinary action or public sanctions
• Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and high emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of CRM Systems and the ability to run timers on all your casework
• Understands Google Software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a competitive yet positive environment
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in modern practice management software is a plus
