Responsibilities

As a Farm Training Specialist Intern, you will help create and enhance training programs, educational materials, and resources that support agricultural knowledge and farm safety throughout the organization. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop content that makes a meaningful impact on employees, agents, and the agricultural communities we serve.

As an Farm Training Specialist Intern, you may:

• Develop farm and agricultural training materials for agents and employees.
• Create farm safety resources and educational materials for farm clients.
• Publish agriculture-related articles and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Evaluate and update existing farm-related materials, processes, and systems.
• Assist in conducting training sessions on farming, agriculture, and industry-related topics.
