FBS Data Governance Advisor

This individual would be joining the Data Operations team, our purpose is to keep the data department running smoothly. Our scope includes reporting, metrics and dashboard for the data teams and for IDO overall, production support for data teams, Data Governance, assisting project teams with data requirements and design and adherence to good data practices. Role Description: Delivers specific data governance tasks such as cataloging, profiling, and defining with limited guidance from people leader. Implementation of the data marketplace capability for data products. Will work with business areas or governance capabilities (example, glossaries, cataloguing, etc). Uses familiarity with governance concepts to implement moderate level functions in a business environment. Uses moderate knowledge and understanding of leading edge technologies, and reporting and visualization concepts. Details required project tasks by reading a RACI and/or RAPID matrix and roadmap. Utilizes intermediate understanding of data modeling principles, data governance, strategy and data management to execute on mid to large sized tasks within specific timelines. Develops data project plans and executes with guidance. Writes comprehensive data governance standards and policies at the enterprise level with little guidance from leader. Effectively communicates and applies data governance value, concepts, and strategies to business stakeholders.
