〈職務内容〉

AIトランスフォーメーション（AX）を単なる「構想」にとどめず、顧客の現場で実際に機能する仕組みとして定着させるポジションです。要件が完全に固まっていない状態から顧客と深く対話し、何を作るべきか・どこまで作るべきかを自ら定義。最先端のAI/LLM技術を活用したソリューション開発を通じて、産業や業務の現場に変革をもたらします。

■仕事内容：Dev FDE（フォワードデプロイドエンジニア）として顧客現場でのAI/LLMソリューション構築と業務定着をリード

・顧客企業の業務現場に入り込み、業務フロー・意思決定プロセス・制約条件を踏まえた課題特定

・業務・テクノロジーコンサルタントと連携し、AI/LLM活用の方針・優先度を現場視点で整理

・顧客業務に最適化されたAIソリューションの構想・PoC開発を主導し、高い裁量を持ってアーキテクチャ設計や技術選定を推進

・プロトタイプを迅速に現場へ持ち込み、フィードバックを反映しながら本番実装まで推進

・導入後も継続的に顧客に向き合い、業務変化や利用状況に応じた改善・高度化をリード

・言語/フレームワーク：Python 等

・AI/LLM環境：ChatGPT、ClaudeなどのLLM、RAG、AIエージェント、AI駆動開発ツール、社内LLM利用可能

〈募集要件〉

【必須要件（Must）】

・エンジニアとしての開発経験（2年以上）

・要件が明確でない状況でも、関係者と対話しながら課題を整理し、実装まで持っていった経験

※FDEやAIプロジェクトの経験、学歴、特定の資格は不問です。

・Pythonを用いた開発経験

・多様なソフトウェアの開発および運用経験（例: モバイル、ネイティブ、PWA、ハードウェア、データ基盤等）

< Role Overview >

This role goes beyond theoretical AI transformation (AX) to build solutions that function effectively directly within client operations. Working closely with clients from ambiguous initial stages, you will define project scope and leverage advanced AI/LLM technologies to deliver meaningful, lasting change to everyday business operations.

■ Responsibilities: Leading AI/LLM solution deployment and operational adoption as a Dev FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)

・Engage directly with client operational teams to identify core issues considering workflows, decision-making processes, and constraints

・Collaborate with business and technology consultants to prioritize AI/LLM application strategies from a frontline perspective

・Lead the concept and PoC development of custom AI solutions, exercising high autonomy in architecture design and technology selection

・Rapidly deliver prototypes to field operations, iterating based on user feedback through to production deployment

・Provide continuous engagement post-implementation to drive system enhancements as business needs evolve

< Qualifications >

[Must-have]

・2+ years of software engineering development experience

・Experience clarifying issues through stakeholder dialogue and delivering solutions under ambiguous requirements

* No prior experience in FDE roles or AI projects required; academic degrees and specific certifications are not required.

[Nice-to-have]

・Development experience using Python

・Experience developing and operating diverse software (e.g., mobile, native, PWA, hardware, data platforms)

・Experience in LLM-based development or RAG development

・Experience with modern development environments

・Knowledge or interest in AI agents

・Experience in developing or improving enterprise systems and business processes

・Experience leading projects while communicating directly with clients

・Design and operational experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.)

・Knowledge of cloud data warehouses such as Databricks or Snowflake
