🔎 We are looking for a Fees Payables Senior Officer


Main Tasks

  • Manage the calculation, monitoring, reconciliation and payment of invoices related to different types of commissions and fees.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement and Accounting Controls.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues, providing quick and accurate feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage escalations, ensuring appropriate follow-up and coordination with the Team Leader when required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including transformation projects, committees, internal control activities and incident management.
  • Support reporting activities and act as an end user of reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and relevant information for the team.
  • Perform delegated value-added activities, including End-of-Month processes and payment validation.
  • Support the team in maintaining operational efficiency, process quality and strong control standards.


Main Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and rigor when handling financial and operational information.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Good understanding of operations, processes and control procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when handling complex topics and escalations.
  • Ability to develop, adapt and improve processes according to business and operational needs.
  • Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and contributing to team efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international and collaborative environment.

  • This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 47.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
