Job Description Contract Role: Fenergo FenX (SaaS) Business Analyst / Configurator Contract Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to London Contract Start Date: September 2026 Contract End Date: March 2027 Contract Classification: Inside IR35 Overview Deloitte is supporting a global organisation implementing Fenergo FenX (SaaS) as part of a Client Lifecycle Management transformation programme. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Configurator with hands-on Fenergo FenX experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and platform configuration. This is an excellent opportunity to support a major implementation programme, working alongside business stakeholders and technical teams to configure and optimise the FenX platform. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements. • Translate business processes into Fenergo FenX configuration. • Configure workflows within the FenX platform. • Support functional design workshops. • Produce functional documentation and process mapping. • Work closely with developers and solution architects. • Assist with testing, defect resolution and deployment activities. • Support user acceptance testing. • Recommend improvements to onboarding processes. • Provide ongoing functional support throughout implementation. Essential Skills & Experience • Hands-on Fenergo FenX (SaaS) configuration experience. • Business Analysis experience. • Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Client Onboarding knowledge. • Process mapping and requirements gathering. • Stakeholder management. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience supporting software implementation programmes. • Financial Services experience advantageous but not essential.
