FFL - Finance Analyst (m/f/d)

As a FFL - Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will support financial planning and analysis, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions. Your expertise will help optimize financial performance and achieve business goals. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our Milan, Italy location on a Hybrid work schedule.

• Act as right hand of Regional BAP Leader​
• Weekly Pulse / SRO , KPIs reporting management ​
• Connection with Commercial finance leader and the analyst team to stay connected to the businesses​
• Run Analytics and insights of business results​
• Drive Planning session ​
• Communicate with Leadership

• Understanding of supply chain or operational finance
• Ability to support cost analysis and work with operations teams
• Ability to manage complex financial processes including month-end close, forecasting, accruals, intercompany transactions, and commentary for corporate leadership
• Ability to partner with non-finance functional groups to align financial strategies with operational goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
• High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions
• Growth mindset, with willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
