Job Overview
Assists with pre-development work and provides technical and administrative support to the field service staff and customers for products.
Job Requirements
- Compiling and maintaining documentation of customer problems, questions, and requests.
- Assisting in documenting the commonly asked questions regarding technical support and presentations for a particular line of products.
- Documenting the bugs and issues, troubleshooting for the same, and assisting in the field testing the new products with various scenarios.
- Assisting in conducting engineering customer events and conferences and scheduling technical training.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
