The
Product Application Support is a field-based position responsible for customer retention, company and product acceptance. This role is crucial for performing demonstrations, conducting instrument installations, solving customers' clinical application problems, providing essential training for our customers, and offering technical application support to Sales Representatives.
This position reports to the Manager Field Application Microbiology Iberia and is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology working remotely to cover Center Area of Spain.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Perform demonstrations, conduct instrument installations, and provide essential training for customers.
- Solve customers' clinical application problems and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives.
- Work closely with the regional/local team to protect, maintain, and grow company business by effectively supporting the installed base.
- Communicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments efficiently and skillfully in appropriate applications.
- Drive the continuous improvement of activities and processes which add value to the customer and business, monitoring customer satisfaction targets.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or equivalent.
- 1+ years of clinical Microbiology laboratory experience.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Valid driver’s license.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory/region, including overnight stays as required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
