Role Description The Senior Business Analyst at Nexus Security is a part-time, remote role responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role involves gathering and interpreting data, developing business plans and proposals, and collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements for new and existing cybersecurity and training offerings. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with customer-facing teams to understand client needs, refine service packages, and support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and presentations, documenting business workflows, and recommending enhancements aligned with the company’s growth and market positioning. The role also includes contributing to process improvements and supporting leadership with insights on business performance and customer trends.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex business and customer data.
• Experience in business planning and general business operations, preferably in technology or cybersecurity services.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer service mindset, with demonstrated ability to understand client needs and improve customer experience.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or strategic role.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT services, or online training environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
