Position Overview International Corporation is a leading North American truck manufacturer with great products, a strong market position, and best-in-class distribution networks. We are seeking a Field Dealer Operations Auditor to join our Risk Management Team. This is a highly mobile, field-based role that provides the opportunity to work directly with dealers throughout the Western United States while supporting the financial integrity and operational controls of our wholesale business. As a Field Dealer Operations Auditor, you will conduct audits at dealer locations, review records and processes, identify potential risks, and work with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling frequently, and spending time in the field rather than being confined to a traditional office environment. The position is remote, with the successful candidate based in or near a major city and airport within the Western U.S. The successful candidate must be located within reasonable proximity to a major airport to support the travel requirements of the role. The position requires up to 75% travel throughout the Western region , and a company vehicle is provided for business travel. Because this is a field-based auditing position, the work environment can vary significantly. You should be comfortable visiting and conducting audits at dealer locations, spending extended periods on your feet, walking throughout large facilities and lots, and occasionally working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine auditing, risk management, and field operations while building strong relationships across the dealer network. Responsibilities Conduct wholesale inventory floor plan audits and cash audits at assigned dealers. Conduct inventory verification and reporting on shortages. Educate dealers and their organization on NFC policies, procedures and practices. Prepare and maintain various records, reports and files pertaining to territorial activities. Assist in open account resolution and missing title reconciliation as needed. Conduct training meetings with dealer personnel on new Navistar programs and policies. Attend dealer events and outings as assigned. First point of contact for dealer questions and resolution of issues. Build dealer loyalty in assigned territory. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of risk management or insurance experience OR Master's degree and no experience OR At least 3 years of risk management or insurance experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
