We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Virtual Assistants for a role in Field Maintenance Coordination. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry and other department. Create and manage scheduled for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change. Monitor employee attendance, productivity and work performance. Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards Address poo-quality work promptly and professionally, cocumenting issues as needed. Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management Prapare and process invoices and other project-related documentation Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient and aligned with project timelines. Qualifications: Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing or project coordination Strong leadersp and commuinication skills iwth the confidence to enforce standards Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilites Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative process Proficient with remot communication and project management tools.
