Field Marketing Services Manager - Europe | Remote (UK based)

12-month fixed-term contract

Are you passionate about creating content that inspires travellers and campaigns that drive bookings? If you enjoy turning critical insights into action and action into impact, this is an incredible opportunity to make your mark.

The Field Marketing Services team acts as an in-house marketing partner to hotels across Europe. Supporting a portfolio that spans from mainstream to luxury and lifestyle brands, you'll help hotels make the most of IHG's digital marketing tools to showcase their hotel online, grow visibility and drive bookings.

As Field Marketing Services Manager, you'll be the main marketing partner for your hotels. You'll work closely with hotel leadership teams, helping them understand performance, spot opportunities and make better marketing decisions. From managing paid media activity and reviewing results, to creating engaging website content and shaping localised marketing plans, you'll provide practical support that helps hotels achieve their goals.

Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential, along with the ability to turn data and insights into action. If you enjoy working across teams and markets, connecting ideas, and bringing strategic campaigns to life, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing Services Europe, this is a home-based role with frequent travel across the UK and potentially Europe for hotel visits and team meetings (ability and willingness to travel is essential).

What you'll do

  • Partner with a portfolio of hotels, acting as their day-to-day marketing expert driving the strategy.

  • Confidently lead regular hotel calls, from strategic planning and status updates to detailed performance reviews.

  • Act as content expert, showcasing their offering effectively online and telling their individual brand story.

  • Drive visibility, bookings, and revenue through strategic digital marketing activity.

  • Analyse complex data and use your tactical mindset to turn insights into ideas and actions.

  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor performance against objectives.

  • Adapt your approach across mainstream, premium, luxury and lifestyle hotels, recognising that every brand, market and audience is different.

What you'll bring

  • Significant experience in hospitality, travel, or another consumer-focused business.

  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

  • A strong understanding of digital and content marketing and how both contribute to commercial performance.

  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of branding, including experience working with brand blueprints.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and a practical, solution-focused approach.

  • Confidence working with data and using insight to guide decisions.

  • Strong organisation and project skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Hands on experience planning and running digital marketing campaigns.

  • An understanding of how different brands and customer audiences require different approaches.

We'd love it if you had experience in the hotel industry, particularly across luxury and lifestyle brands, or experience working in a large global organisation. Language skills would be an advantage.

If you want to combine strategic marketing, commercial thinking and relationship management in a role where your work can directly influence hotel performance across Europe, we would love to hear from you.
