Description

The Field Marketing Specialist supports Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) who own strategy while the specialist owns execution.

Core Responsibilities:
- Event coordination and execution.
- Supporting SLED (State, Local, Education, K-12, Higher Education) marketing programs.
- Coordinating trade shows, conferences, webinars, lunch-and-learns, and customer events.
- Ordering and shipping event materials and swag.
- Managing venue logistics and payments.
- Coordinating with sellers and internal teams.
- Creating event invitations within HPE branding guidelines.
- Pulling and distributing registration reports.
- Capturing, organizing, and uploading event leads.
- Supporting post-event lead management activities.
- Managing multiple events simultaneously across several regions.

Interaction with Sales:
- Regular collaboration with sales reps and Field Marketing Managers.
- Participation in seller cadence calls.
- Understanding seller challenges and priorities.
- Supporting lead generation and lead follow-up processes.
- Eventually contributing marketing ideas and recommendations.

- Manipulate data via Excel
- Use features such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, Fuzzy matching/lookups.
- Ability to compare large data sets.
- Experience identifying prospects vs. customers from event attendee lists.
- Ability to analyze and clean marketing/event data.

Marketing/Event Execution- ideal candidates should be comfortable:
- Managing logistics.
- Supporting events.
- Working with deadlines.
- Coordinating stakeholders.
- Handling execution details.

Extras:
- Copilot/AI Experience.
- Simple graphic design via Adobe Creative Suite.
- Genuinely interested in field marketing as a career.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Spring, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
