Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Operations and Farmer Onboarding Executive. The role involves identifying and engaging with farmers and agricultural stakeholders, explaining Biofield Power’s solutions, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Daily tasks include coordinating field activities, scheduling and conducting virtual or on-ground meetings, collecting and documenting farmer data, and ensuring accurate registration and follow-up. The executive will support farmers in understanding product benefits, address queries, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the onboarding experience. The role also includes preparing basic reports on field operations, tracking onboarding metrics, and contributing feedback to refine operational processes. Qualifications
Experience in field operations, community outreach, or farmer engagement, preferably within agriculture or rural development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain solutions clearly and build trust with farmers and local stakeholders.
Ability to collect, organize, and maintain accurate data and documentation related to farmer onboarding and field activities.
Comfort with remote work tools, mobile apps, and basic digital platforms used for coordination, reporting, and communication.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle farmer queries, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through to resolution.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to field locations as needed when required.
Understanding of sustainable agriculture or interest in renewable energy solutions is highly beneficial.
Relevant education in agriculture, rural management, environmental studies, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
