Develop Your Career in Account Management In partnership with Nespresso, we're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Field Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time. Whether you’re a graduate, early-career professional or looking for a change, this role will assist you in building a career in Account Management, Client Services or Field Operations. Working Sunday to Thursday, you'll support the delivery of the Nespresso retail program, using reporting, data analysis, workforce planning and team leadership to drive results. You'll gain direct exposure to client management, business operations and strategic decision-making while leading a high-performing Brand Ambassador team. Benefits Hybrid working environment (office, field and WFH flexibility) Direct exposure to a premium global brand Leadership and Account Management development Career Progression Opportunities Supportive and high-performing team culture About the Role Support the day-to-day delivery of the Nespresso trade retail program Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities Prepare client and internal performance reports Support workforce planning, rostering and team communications Build strong relationships with clients, retail partners and internal stakeholders Lead, coach and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors Conduct store visits to monitor execution and customer experience Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve program performance You'll bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confidence working with data and identifying trends Excellent organisation and attention to detail Leadership experience through work, university, sporting teams or community organisations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (highly regarded) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Availability to work Sunday to Thursday (Fridays & Saturdays off) What's Next?
