A Day as a Remote Field Recruiter Might Look Like:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding readiness.
• Partner closely with an onsite recruiting team to support high-volume manufacturing hiring needs across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing workforce demands, seasonal ramp-ups, and peak hiring periods.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent for open positions.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screening, and I-9 compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Support hiring initiatives for manufacturing operations experiencing rapid growth and fluctuating staffing demands.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proven experience supporting high-volume manufacturing hiring environments strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire recruiting process from intake through onboarding readiness.
• Experience building candidate pipelines for large-scale hiring initiatives and ramp-ups.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.

Work Environment & Schedule Requirements

• Fully remote position.
• Candidates located in Mountain or Central time zones are preferred.
• Support hiring efforts across multiple geographic markets including manufacturing operations in the Southwest region.
• Ability to manage hiring demands associated with workforce ramp-ups, seasonal peaks, and fluctuating business volumes.

The anticipated salary rate for this position is $52,000-$62,400. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
