Find out more about us: About us | Alpega As a Field Sales professional focused on Carriers and Forwarders, especially International and National Key Accounts, you will be responsible, within the defined geographical scope of central and northern Poland, for maintaining and developing the sales of our Freight Exchange Business (Teleroute) and launching and developing new solutions focused on Freight Forwarders. This position is fully remote and can be based in any of the following regions: Mazowieckie; Łódzkie, Kujawsko-pomorskie; Wielkopolskie ABOUT THE ROLE You will attract new customers by conducting heavy prospecting activities (hunting, cold calling) You will develop our Freight Exchange (Teleroute) business in a sustainable way You will manage your agenda by planning your customer appointments yourself and will mainly have to find leads by yourself You will report your activities on a continuous and consistent basis in our CRM: Salesforce You will report to the Sales Director You will frequently interact with other Field Sales, the Inside Sales Team, the Customer Success and Support Team You will have to continuously travel within your geographical scope You will – on an ad hoc basis - travel abroad for meetings (limited) WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU Required skills Multiple years of sales experience 1+ years of professional experience in solution selling and/or transport & logistics Good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint. Business-fluent Polish (C2), spoken and written, is required. Good command of English (C1) You have an excellent track record of managing a portfolio of existing accounts and closing deals You have a transparent, open and modern communication style. You are curious about new technologies. You have strong listening skills Your main driver is to acquire new business (proven hunting capacities, cold calling and building and maintaining a sales funnel) You are highly organized, with strong analytical- and problem-solving skills You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced and changing environment You have a real entrepreneurial mindset, you are self-driven, passionate and you love to work independently, whilst being a strong team player Nice to have Experience in value selling Strong knowledge of the business of our customers (dispatching process inside transport companies, business drivers, software usage, ROI, transport business, market players, among others) Spanish or any other additional EU languages WHAT WE OFFER YOU A competitive salary package, with additional legal benefits focused on your well-being, work flexibility and career growth.
