Field Sales Representative

Field Sales Representative Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Join an exciting new delivery partner program launching in the Tallahassee area! In this field-based sales role, you'll work directly with local business owners, introducing them to a growing business opportunity and helping them successfully join the program. What You'll Do Conduct face-to-face outreach with local businesses within your territory. Generate interest, qualify prospects, and guide partners through the onboarding process. Manage leads and activity in Salesforce. Support local networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach initiatives. Build relationships with chambers of commerce and other local business organizations. What We're Looking For 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience. Outside/Field Sales experience required. CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred). Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tallahassee, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
