Territory Sales Representative

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Location: This field-based position supports the Bremerton, WA market. Candidates located in Bremerton, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated sales professional to recruit local small businesses into a growing delivery partner program. You'll spend your time in the field building relationships with business owners, presenting the program, qualifying prospects, and guiding partners through the onboarding process.

This is an outside sales role offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit businesses throughout the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Present program benefits and answer questions from prospective partners.
• Qualify leads and support businesses through the application process.
• Manage activity, pipeline, and follow-up efforts in Salesforce.
• Attend networking, recruiting, and community outreach events.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Excel.
• Deliver a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Previous outside sales, field sales, or door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

This role requires travel throughout the territory, typically within a two-hour driving radius, with most of the week spent meeting local business owners and attending community events.

This is a Contract position based out of Bremerton, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
